Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If the item you received does not meet or exceed your expectation, please contact us promptly at info@elizabethlorriane.co.

  1. If a return is required, please ship the item(s) with a copy of the packing list/invoice, explaining why it is being returned, as well as original packaging and tags.

  2. A pre-paid, USPS ground return label will be mailed to you upon contacting us via email at info@elizabethlorraine.co. Be green! Try to reuse original shipping box for returns.

  3. If you do not request an exchange or site credit, we will refund your credit card that was used to purchase the item, upon receiving the returned piece(s).
